First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Banco De Oro.
Analyst
Applied via LinkedIn and first got a call from HR for a quick chat. After that, I had an HR interview. Then, I was asked to come to their Ortigas office for an IQ test. Once I passed that, I had a bunch of interviews: first with the Supervisor, then the Department Head, and finally the Division Head. So, I did five interviews plus one exam. The whole thing took about four months.
- What would I be able to find out about you if I checked your social media?
Analyst
I had a 10 min chat with the Recruiter and then scheduled for a 1 HR interview. After 2 weeks, I was contacted for a written exam. After 1 week, scheduled for a unit interview. The HR interview was ok and casual and you will be at ease conversing with the officer. The exam includes IQ and technical analysis with average difficulty. For the unit interview, it was harder because it includes technical questions and the interview was more strict and formal. Still awaiting feedback if I passed or not.
- Can you tell me about your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at your current company?
Analyst
It was an online interview with HR. It wasn't going well within the first five minutes. The HR person seemed uninterested and like they didn't want to be there. They had negative facial expressions when I answered questions, which made me uncomfortable. It wasn't a great interview experience.
- Can you explain your job to a five-year-old?
