Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Banco De Oro.
Customer Service Associate
The interview process was pretty easy, I guess. It began with a 'tell me about yourself' question, focusing on my background and credentials. I remember the interviewer also asked me about my strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you introduce yourself, and tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Customer Service Associate
The interview was professional and welcoming. The manager clearly explained expectations. Overall, it was a positive experience that highlighted the role’s responsibilities and growth opportunities.
- Can you tell me about your educational background and previous experience?
Customer Service Associate
I applied online and they called me after a week. They asked for my resume and birth certificates, then we went to the testing room. We took an essay exam, then an abstract test, and finally a basic accounting test. Some of us waited for an interview while others were asked to come back after the weekend. My interview was about 10-15 minutes. She gave me an application form to fill out, and after I submitted it to the receptionist, I was told to come back after lunch for a discussion about benefits. After lunch, they explained the benefits and gave us referrals for medical checks. They said we would wait for their call within 6 months, which I'm unsure if it means we're hired or if they will actually call.
- What motivates your application to BDO?
- What led to your resignation from your previous role?
