Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Banco De Oro.
Credit Analyst
I applied through a job fair and was first contacted through a phone call. They asked me about the date I am available for the initial interview. The first interview was easy and casual. The interviewer is kind and mostly asked me about my inputs in my resume. Afterwards, I went to their office for the written assessment and was told after to just wait for an email for the next process, but I never received an email. So, I'm guessing it is a rejection. I wished they had sent me a rejection notice, though.

Credit Analyst
The interview process has 3 interviews, but you have to pass exams first. HR is very careful and seems to favor candidates from top schools, as the treatment differs significantly. Overall, it was an adequate experience.
- The questions asked will vary depending on which stage of the interview you are in.
Credit Analyst
I had an initial screening call where they asked for my basic info and set up the HR interview. A few days later, I had the HR interview, also by phone, where they asked more background questions and some basic interview questions. After that, I got a text about an HR exam scheduled for the next week. The HR exam was straightforward but had a time limit. There was also another exam, a technical one, which is specific to certain roles like Credit. I also had to fill out and submit an application form for review. If I passed that, the next step would be an interview with the Senior Officer or Hiring Manager for the role.
