Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So, after submitting the application on their website, there's a remote interview where you have to answer typical STAR questions within a time limit. If you pass that, the next step involves three interviews via MS Teams, all on the same day. The first is a Case Study in front of two assessors, where you need to justify a business decision about fictional companies. You don't have much time to study the material and prepare a short presentation. The second and third interviews are individual (again with two assessors), focusing on motivation, your personal journey, and behavioral questions. The second interview is in Italian, and the third is in English, but the content is the same. It's super important to have concrete examples using the STAR method to show soft skills like leadership and problem-solving, and also to know Baker Hughes' values and the Aspire program details.

The interview process started with an online assessment featuring Technical MCQs on oops, DBMS, git, OS, and CCN. Those who passed this stage had a digital interview covering questions about your degree choice, internship goals, challenging projects, time management, handling weaknesses, and self-introduction. Shortlisted candidates from the digital interview then proceeded to one-on-one interviews. These involved grilling on your resume, followed by oops and networking questions, and finally in-depth questions about AWS. The process concluded with an HR round that included basic behavioral questions.
