Before the interview, there was a written test with gate-level questions related to projects, CV, and subject knowledge. Then, there were three panel members for an in-depth online interview (30 mins) asking questions about dynamics and vibrations, SOM.

It was a digital interview, you know, with set questions. There were 6 questions in total, and they were all pre-recorded. You just record yourself answering them, so it wasn't like you were actually talking to an employee, just a video recording.

The interview process was quite long, especially around the holidays. I applied in September. The first step was a recruiter phone screen with basic questions, where I also discussed my immigration status and need for H1B transfer. After about two months, in December, I got a very short notice for another interview on a Monday, scheduled the previous Friday. This interview involved three people: the Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, and Lead Draftsman. About two weeks later, I was again given a short notice for another video interview. This time, an additional person joined, who had the exact same role they were hiring for. He explained his duties, and I was asked to summarize my current responsibilities and compare the design process at my current company to theirs. This part felt more like a casual chat, and everyone was very friendly. I received an offer, but when I inquired about sponsorship, the recruiter mentioned they needed to check internally if the position was eligible. A week after that, they withdrew the offer, stating the position did not qualify for sponsorship.
