ASPIRE Development Program
The selection process is structured in multiple phases. It starts with an online interview conducted in English. Following that, there's an assessment day which includes both individual and group activities, conducted in both Italian and English. Several managers were present during the assessment day.
- Why did you decide to apply for this program?
Software Tester
There were 4 rounds in total, including a manager round. I've interviewed here before, and the first time I got selected for the HR round, but it never happened. I emailed HR a few times, but they didn't even reply. The second time, just a couple of months later, they didn't consider my previous participation and made me go through the process again. This time, the first round was technical, and the interviewer was good, so I passed. In the second round, the interviewer asked many manual testing terms, but they didn't seem interested in my answers, even though I think I answered most of them correctly. Later, without any feedback, I was told to go home. The disappointment wasn't about not getting selected, but rather not knowing why.
- What are the basic selenium functions and Java OOPS concepts?
- Can you explain basic manual testing concepts like Boundary Value and Equivalence Partitioning?
- What are questions related to REST APIs, like GET, POST, PUT requests and response codes?
Leadership Development Program
After sending your CV, you will get an invitation for recording 5 questions of 2 min. I believe that this method is quite superficial and you can't show your personality and skills with an interview of less than 10 minutes...especially with questions totally uncorrelated with your CV. You don't know who watch these videos and it is very creepy and impersonal. Anyway given the huge financial crisis of the company it is probably a way to cut HR' costs. The entire process is automatized but slow in sending feedback. After 2 months from the recording they sent the feedback almost on Christmas Day like a gift!
- Questions that are too standard, copied from a book and not correlated with your CV.
