I had an online interview, and the questions were pretty basic. The person coordinating things didn't communicate well, and it was really hard to get an answer back. I don't think the manager was really qualified to do the interview, and another person who was supposed to be there didn't show up.

I did my first interview on Hirevue and a week later, they let me know I would be moving on to another interview with the managers. It's really important to research the role and company well, stay confident, and focus on clear communication as it's a big advantage.

The interview process was pretty thorough, really digging into the important parts of procurement. They asked me a bunch of questions that covered the basics of purchasing, going deep on stuff like cost analysis and how to manage suppliers. They wanted to see if I knew the key procurement stuff and could handle managing and checking out suppliers. The interviewers were super interested in how I deal with saving money and making good relationships with suppliers.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Technical questions mainly about the basics of purchasing.
