The interview process was quick and simple. First, there's an online SOVA assessment that tests your personality and numerical skills, followed by a self-video interview. After that stage, there's an hour-long interview with behavioral and technical questions. Finally, you either get an offer or not.
It was a video interview online and also online assessments. There were 3 interview questions, a personality quiz, and a non verbal assessment.
Submitted an online application and then had an online assessment. After that, there was a presentation and behavioral questions. For the presentation, I picked a topic of my choice and presented it, followed by an interview and Q&A. The interview process was generally smooth, and the hiring team was nice and comprised individuals from the chosen discipline.
