Submitted an online application and then had an online assessment. After that, there was a presentation and behavioral questions. For the presentation, I picked a topic of my choice and presented it, followed by an interview and Q&A. The interview process was generally smooth, and the hiring team was nice and comprised individuals from the chosen discipline.
I applied online through Gradcracker and submitted my application. About a week later, I got a link for an online assessment that covered my personality, situational judgment, and cognitive abilities. After finishing that, I was invited to the final online interview stage a couple weeks later via email. This interview was on Microsoft Teams. I had to prepare a 10-minute presentation about a recent activity or project, explaining my strengths, technical skills, and transferable learning relevant to the role. They asked me to present first, and then they asked some technical questions, suggesting I use the STAR method.
The interview process was fine and pretty standard but just a bit long. There were many stages and hoops to jump through before even talking to a person.
