I had a Teams interview after finishing an online test. Two systems engineering team members interviewed me. They said I'd probably hear back in about two weeks, but they never contacted me with a decision.

Had a super fast and easy 1 interview with 2 managers. It was low-pressure, they asked good questions, and I had plenty of time to ask my own questions. They gave me a decision really quickly. The head office was efficient with sending out the offer letters.

The interview process was a one-day assessment centre. It included four short interviews, four technical questions, and a one-hour group task with other candidates. I had to wait two weeks to find out I didn't get an offer, even though results were supposed to be out that week. After another two weeks of chasing for feedback they promised, I got a very short email that didn't seem accurate. I'm still waiting for my travel expenses to be reimbursed after a month of following up. It makes me wonder how they treat actual employees if this is how they treat applicants. It's better to apply elsewhere.
