Candidate-reported interview process

The online interview process went well and I made it to the final stage. However, I noticed there were many older applicants with lots of experience, which felt unfair to new graduates like me trying to start a new career. It's disadvantaged for new grads compared to people with 10 years of experience and skills. It shouldn't be this way, they should have a separate job category for new graduates.

The interview was good and short. The panel was very friendly and welcoming, and the questions asked were relevant to the role. They asked me questions about myself and my background. The reception was very friendly and welcoming, and the reception area was clean.

You start with an online application form, pretty standard for grad roles. If they like your form, you'll have a phone interview, probably with current grads on the scheme. Be ready to show your enthusiasm. Then there's a 1-day assessment centre, and if you get through that, it's a job offer.
