Candidate-reported interview process

Submitted my CV and got a call for an interview. It was a pretty standard interview with 2 interviewers. They were professional and welcoming, but unfortunately my skills weren't a match for what they needed.

It was a good experience overall, quite challenging but I was glad I prepared. I got the job and I'd suggest learning about Babcock's history. It was a good process.

The interview process was smooth and the interviewers were friendly, making me feel comfortable. It involved technical and scenario-based questions. I'd recommend Babcock for interviews.
