Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 1-hour online interview, and I had about two weeks to get ready for a pre-prepared presentation about how I thought my skills would align with the company. Two people were assessing me.

Had a Sova Assessment with games, then a one-way interview. The Situational Judgement Tests check your decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for realistic, job-related scenarios.

It was mainly an assessment centre over two days, including an overnight stay on site. I had to do individual and group tasks while being watched. Got good feedback after the review.
