Candidate-reported interview process

Started with an application including my CV, a cover letter, and a questionnaire. Then, I had to complete some online psychometric tests. After that, there was a one-way video interview. The final part was an assessment centre, which involved a group activity, followed by a 10-minute individual presentation, and then an interview with two senior engineers.

After I applied with my CV and answered some questions like 'why do you want to work for Babcock?', I did an online assessment. It mostly had personality questions, but also some reasoning questions.

The interview got rescheduled many times, then they changed it from online to in-person. We finally set a date, but a day before, they asked if we could push it another day. On the day of the interview, my meeting time was changed again and pushed back an hour.
