The interview process was well-organized and featured a good mix of personal and technical questions. These were conducted by engineers from the team I was interviewing with. Although I was offered the role, there was a delay in hearing back, and by then I had already accepted another position.
First up was a behavioral chat over the phone. Then, we did a group activity focused on teamwork. The last step was a short one-on-one chat with someone from the team if you made it to the shortlist.
Two employees from babcock interviewed me. They asked me some strength-based questions after my presentation. The whole process was very laid-back and lasted about 20 minutes.
