The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone interview, then a virtual interview, and finally an in-person interview. After that, they checked my references and did a background check. The whole thing took about a month.
The interview process was good, with a great management team. I learned quite a bit just from the interviewing manager. It was a nice experience. They asked about my home life, then my work history, and if I would like to be considered for management or not.
It was a pretty simple but detailed interview, asking about experience and availability. Knowing some car part basics would be helpful, though not strictly required.
