I sent in my application online and a week later, a store manager called me. I then went to an interview at the local AutoZone hub during their hiring event, and finally, I had to attend an orientation at a different facility that was farther away.
It was an easy interview process with no issues. The people were very friendly and upbeat and the store had a good atmosphere. They explained the dress code and asked about my skills. Overall, nothing was too difficult to answer. The store manager, who was from another location, was professional and very straightforward about what they were looking for.
It was a pretty simple interview, just some questions about my past experience and if I knew about cars. They asked if I could lift a certain amount of weight and about my schedule. It was really easy, nothing hard about it. The whole thing took about 15 minutes.
