Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty simple but detailed interview, asking about experience and availability. Knowing some car part basics would be helpful, though not strictly required.

The HR process was calm and well-handled. There was a phase with the directors and vice-presidency. The schedule was open for the best time. The location was easy to find and access. The interview was dynamic and fluid. An English test was done.

The interview process for our area involves speaking first with the store manager, and then with the District manager. They'll inquire about your past work experience and pose job-related questions to confirm you're a suitable candidate.
