Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was relaxed and welcoming, as an interview should be. I really enjoyed it! I felt comfortable the whole time! Nothing to complain about. The people were very polite and conversational.

The interview process was quick and laid-back, though they seemed a bit desperate due to what looks like a really high turnover rate. They talked about a lot of candidates, but it felt like they expected many to not make it in the role. It makes you wonder why they hire them in the first place.

I submitted an application online and then about a month later I got a text and email about a job fair. I went to the job fair and had a two hour interview that was more like a conversation with a few questions about different scenarios. I got a job offer through email two hours after that, but I declined it because the pay was only $17.50/hr.
