The recruiter was very attentive and updated me on all the stages. The hiring manager also conducted the process perfectly. They certainly know how to charm the candidate. I still really want to be part of the company someday.
I applied online and then had a screening interview with the Head of Talent Acquisition. After that, I had an in-person interview at HQ. This consisted of two interviews: first, a panel interview with my potential coworkers, and second, an interview with the department head and someone from HR. Even though the in-person interview was long, I never got an email about my application status, which was disappointing (I didn't get the job).
The interview process was well-organized and very difficult, in the style of a windmill. The interview was conducted in Chinese, with Mandarin and other Asian languages being a plus, as it's very international with many opportunities. Client consideration was also a plus.
