Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good, with a great management team. I learned quite a bit just from the interviewing manager. It was a nice experience. They asked about my home life, then my work history, and if I would like to be considered for management or not.

The interview was pretty basic, held outside with just an oil bucket for a seat. They asked me about cars and if I was a crook. They also mentioned background checks a lot.

It was a very straightforward and relaxed interview process. You can set your own flexible schedule, and it's pretty easy to get this position. Even if you're an immigrant, you'll be fine as long as you have the correct paperwork. Plus, you don't need a lot of prior knowledge about cars.
