Candidate-reported interview process
I had an initial phone screen. Then I went to the store for an in-person interview with the District Manager and HR. A few days later, I returned for a video call with another manager. The video call was weird - the manager left, then came back and seemed to quiz me on things I wouldn't know since I haven't worked there before. He focused a lot on employee hygiene and company structure, acting like I was already an employee. They said a Regional Manager would call for a fourth interview, but I wasn't interested anymore.
You'll have a panel interview with the regional manager, HR manager, and regional field sales manager. It's about an hour long and feels like a natural conversation. They'll focus more on 'what would you do' scenarios rather than specific numbers.
Pretty easy, 2 interviews happened. First was a panel interview. Just gotta answer truthfully.
