It was a simple interview at Auto Zone, a fast-paced, customer-focused retail place. Be ready to talk about how much you like cars and helping customers. Show off what you know and how excited you are about car stuff. But don't worry, you don't need to be a car expert to get the job.
Interviewed about basic cashier duties, and was asked many questions about my knowledge of vehicle systems and replacement parts. Basic and moderate customer service techniques. Ultimately I was deemed over qualified for the job and was told there was a management position in a nearby town.
