Candidate-reported interview process

it was a thorough interview and the manager was friendly and had a lot of attention to detail- although said he would follow up and i never heard back from him.

Had an initial call where they asked about my experience and for some examples. Then there were situation questions. It was a pretty easy-going interview. They asked if I had any questions for them. Overall, it was a good experience with a nice talk and info about company benefits.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They mainly asked basic customer service questions to see if I could handle customers, without needing specific auto parts knowledge. The job involves using a POS computer and answering phones, and they just wanted to confirm I could do those tasks.
