Candidate-reported interview process

There were 3 rounds in total. The first round was with HR. Then there was a superday with 2 back to back rounds. The first round was 1 hour long and the second round was 45 minutes long. Both rounds focused on behavioral and technical questions.

The interview process felt quite long and, at times, exhausting. It seemed to vary significantly depending on the interviewer. In one instance, a panel interviewer ended the call after about 30 minutes due to an urgent matter, and unfortunately, the session was not rescheduled afterward. Overall, the experience felt somewhat inconsistent, particularly in terms of coordination and follow-through.

Recruiter first round. QA developer 2nd round. Director 3rd round. Very respectable. We had a very good discussion about the testing process. I didn't get the offer I guess because of the fit.
