Candidate-reported interview process

The interview for risk manager was pretty tough. They asked me about how I managed risk and what to do if stakeholders didn't agree with my suggestions. Also asked about different risk frameworks.

The interview process was quite lengthy. It involved several one-on-one meetings that spanned a few hours. Most of the people I met with were great, though there was one individual who seemed a bit unusual.

It was two phone screens and then a whole day of hour-long behavioral questions. I also had to write two essays. Even though it was a tech manager job, there were barely any technical questions. They left hardly any time for me to ask them questions.
