it was a phone interview plus a collabedit session for coding. First, they asked about my daily tasks and the programming languages I use. Then, there was a question about priority testing: if a test suite normally takes x time, how would I manage if I only had x/2 time? After that, I was given some Java code and asked to find and fix bugs, then explain what the code does. Finally, I had to write code to find the second unique character in a given string.
I applied online and then had a phone screen interview. After that, I was sent a link to a website where I had to answer some code questions.
The process was incredibly smooth. Their recruiters seem to have their stuff together and really spend the time to help you prepare for the behavioral portion. My interview process: - Initial phone screen with recruiter - Online Hackerrank: 1 LC easy and 1 LC medium - Virtual Onsite: 4 interviews, 3 of which had 15 minutes of behavioral and 45 minutes of coding. 1 was entirely behavioral. Listen to the recruiter when they tell you that people principles are important for the interview!
