Candidate-reported interview process

The process starts with an online application. Then, a recruiter will call you to discuss the role and what to expect in the interviews, including mock behavioral interviews. The recruiters are helpful and will assist with scheduling.

It was a really friendly process. It had two phone interviews and then an assessment centre. I talked to a bunch of different staff, which was good because I got to hear from lots of different people about the company.

Even though it was virtual, the interview went well. I felt a good connection with the interviewer and felt at ease, although I was initially nervous. I felt good about my answers and got to ask some questions myself at the end.
