Candidate-reported interview process

Recruiter first round. QA developer 2nd round. Director 3rd round. Very respectable. We had a very good discussion about the testing process. I didn't get the offer I guess because of the fit.

First I talked to HR, who was nice and professional. Then they scheduled my phone screen, which involved some coding.

The interview process started with a chat with HR to go over the role, company, and my needs. Then, there was a 1-hour technical phone screen with an engineer where I had to answer a couple of coding questions. The last part was a virtual on-site with the team and hiring manager, which lasted about 4-5 hours with a lunch break. It was a good experience overall. They also offer prep sessions before the interviews, which is super helpful!
