Candidate-reported interview process

They moved quickly and were open to minimal experience. I interviewed and got an offer in under 2 weeks. I did get a sense that there wasn’t much growth offered in the role though.

I had a good experience and got along well with Marie and the rest of the team. Overall, the process was good, and I would have liked to continue if the position was permanent. I would definitely apply again in the future.

The interview process was really organized and professional. I was kept in the loop about what to expect, and everything ran smoothly. I met with a few people back-to-back. Some asked behavioral questions about how I'd handle specific situations, while others just chatted to get to know me better and to give me a chance to learn about the company and the team.
