There were 3 rounds in total. The first round was with HR. Then there was a superday with 2 back to back rounds. The first round was 1 hour long and the second round was 45 minutes long. Both rounds focused on behavioral and technical questions.
The interview process started with a recruiter screening call. Then, there was an interview with the hiring manager that focused on competency and behavioral questions. After that, I had a "virtual on-site" which consisted of five interviews spread across two days, mainly asking competency questions. Finally, the offer stage.
I never heard back! The interview process isn't any different than other interviews. The team seemed great and I thought we had a great conversation. I was told to expect a response by the end of the week. 4 weeks later - no response. I even followed up with two of the recruiters and got no response. That is extremely weird and unprofessional for a company of such caliber. At this point I am assuming no-go, but I would have appreciated some communication.
