It was a friendly and not intimidating interview process. The questions were straight forward. It was conducted in the store, so I immediately got an introduction to the pacing. There weren't too many levels in the interview process. The managers were good at communicating my expectations! I enjoyed my time there.
The interview was a group session with other candidates. It was quite quick and included a store tour where we got to know the different areas and how the business runs. We were asked some basic intro questions like telling about ourselves, and also about our availability, interest, and customer service experience. It felt pretty casual and conversational, mainly to see if we would be a good fit for the store.
The interviewers were friendly. It was in person. They asked some basic questions and then inquired about my availability on weekends. Since it was for a part-time position, it wasn't very demanding. Overall, it was straightforward.
