Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was great. The interviewers were friendly and the questions were manageable. I received a job offer a week after the interview and commenced training immediately! I highly recommend this job for anyone interested in customer service.

I was interviewed outside the American Eagle store, which was a pretty chill setting. The store manager, who also dressed casually, asked me some standard interview questions. They seemed to like me because I got hired really fast, within two days. The whole process moved quickly. I wasn't a fan of the skill test though; I felt it wasn't very useful and it was awkward doing it in front of customers while they were trying to check out.

It was a really simple interview. They asked some basic questions about my experience and what I thought I could contribute to the company.
