I had a great experience doing a phone interview first and then going into the store and meeting the manager, He was super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

I had an in-person interview with the store manager. We met at the food court. It was very casual and easy to prepare for. Then I had another meeting with another store manager and got the job.

They asked a few questions about what experience you have and what your availability is. Then they ask you to choose an outfit and describe why you chose it.
