We had a group interview where I was asked questions about my experience with the public and we went through some scenarios about how I would deal with rude customers.

The interview felt professional yet relaxed. The hiring team was approachable and relatable, while still maintaining business professionalism. There were two interviews back-to-back with different hiring managers who asked the same questions in the same order.

The corporate HR and local HR departments weren't well-coordinated, leading to significant downtime and uncertainty about when or if I'd hear back. It took multiple attempts just to schedule the initial phone interview. The interview itself was quite standard with too many typical Q&A stock questions. The environment felt a bit formal yet chaotic.
