The interview process lasted all day and included two 45-minute interviews. There was also a group activity and a presentation. About 20 college students were there looking for full-time jobs after graduation, and some candidates were also interviewing for internships for the same role.
The interview process involved two main stages. Initially, there was an on-campus interview which included a small project focused on planning and allocations. Following that, I was invited to their headquarters for a full day of interviews. This second round included breakfast and lunch, and was attended by about 15 other candidates. The day consisted of two 45-minute interviews with senior planning managers, and also a group project that covered similar topics to the first round interview. Overall, the process was very impressive.
I interviewed for an Inventory Training Program. The process spanned two days and was quite intense but enjoyable. The people were friendly, though it felt like a test disguised as casual chat.
