The interview process lasted all day and included two 45-minute interviews. There was also a group activity and a presentation. About 20 college students were there looking for full-time jobs after graduation, and some candidates were also interviewing for internships for the same role.

The day consisted of two 45-minute interviews with senior planning managers, and also a group project that covered similar topics to the first round interview. Overall, the process was very impressive.
