Candidate-reported interview process

It was a friendly and not intimidating interview process. The questions were straight forward. It was conducted in the store, so I immediately got an introduction to the pacing. There weren't too many levels in the interview process. The managers were good at communicating my expectations! I enjoyed my time there.

It was a relaxed chat, more about getting to know each other than a formal interview. We chatted outside, and the manager shared info about the store and its history. I felt comfortable talking to the manager, and we discussed my starting wage and the job's working conditions.

It was a pretty relaxed interview process. They asked me the usual questions you'd expect for someone in high school. I had my interview one-on-one, but I noticed other candidates were interviewed in groups. They seemed to prefer candidates who were more outgoing and took the lead.
