Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was a group session with other candidates. It was quite quick and included a store tour where we got to know the different areas and how the business runs. We were asked some basic intro questions like telling about ourselves, and also about our availability, interest, and customer service experience. It felt pretty casual and conversational, mainly to see if we would be a good fit for the store.

The interview process was pretty straightforward since I had an internal referral. My contact helped me secure an interview where I was asked some basic questions. They extended a verbal offer right after the interview, and I received the official offer a week later.

I was contacted via text and invited to a group interview. There were about five other people there with me, and the store manager. It wasn't too difficult.
