Candidate-reported interview process

En tout tu passes minimum 5 tests avant d’avoir enfin un entretien. Ensuite, en entretien tu vois 3 à 4 personnes différentes sur une journée et après ils doivent débriefer. À la fin ils m’ont juste dit non sans aucune raison, ils disent qu’ils peuvent pas dire pourquoi, juste que tu n’es pas pris. Tu passes plus de 10h entre les tests et les entretiens et en retour tu as juste un non.

Long process, started with a phone screen then went in person. Smart people though. The in person part was a grind, almost a full day with 5 people, each about an hour. Not something you can just show up and wing.

Crazy. They were very not interested in whatever I was telling them, least bothered in my questions. Barely interested in interviewing me. So I felt off and couldn't focus. It was still one of a kind experience.
