Simple process. You go through the application online. Takes a little while but still really simple. The “interview” is basically just going over some paperwork and showing your ID. It’s a good chance to ask any questions you might have. Just remember your interview might not be at the same location you’re applying for. Mine was across town which was kind of annoying since I lived closer to the place I was going to be working at. They also did a mouth swab drug test. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Honestly, the hiring process was quick but totally disorganized. I applied, got “hired” almost right away, and then after that it was all confusion. My start date was changed without anyone telling me, communication was awful, and whenever I tried to get a straight answer, I either got told something different or just ignored. Orientation and training were chaotic — no real structure, no consistency. Different people saying different things, and nobody really checking that you actually understand what’s happening. It really felt like they just wanted bodies in the building, not actually trained employees.
