Candidate-reported interview process

Interviews are aligned with Amazon Leadership principles. The interview process went really smoothly and mostly focused on my previous experience. They expect you to answer in STAR format. Some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern, there were only two interview rounds.

Virtual, a couple rounds. Met with hr and other employees, mostly behavioral. Overall pretty good experience, they were fast getting back with decisions and kept me updated on what was happening.

Took like 3 months before they got back to me. Really slow turnaround time. If you don't pass the assessment, you don't get a call. By then I was already in another position.
