Empiezas con un test de 3 horas con varias partes sobre personalidad, cálculo rápido y situaciones reales donde tienes que lidiar con empleados. Después una entrevista unilateral de 12 minutos donde respondes preguntas de comportamiento basadas en los 16 principios de liderazgo de Amazon, siempre usando el método STAR. Por último, 3 entrevistas de 45 minutos cada una, con el mismo formato que la unilateral pero con area managers de forma online. Todo el proceso es en inglés.

Das Interview dauerte insgesamt rund 90 Minuten und war in mehrere Teile unterteilt. Zuerst wurden allgemeine Fragen zu meinem Lebenslauf, meinem beruflichen Werdegang sowie zu meinen bisherigen Positionen gestellt, wodurch ich meinen Karriereweg und meine wichtigsten Aufgaben näher darstellen konnte. Danach ging das Gespräch in spezifischere und vertiefende Fragen über, die sich auf meine fachlichen Erfahrungen, meine Kompetenzen sowie deren Passung zu den Anforderungen der Position bezogen. Zusätzlich wurden situative und positionsbezogene Fragen gestellt, um meine Arbeitsweise, mein Problemlösungsverhalten und meine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besser kennenzulernen.

The process is really slow and long. Overall I went through 7 interviews and this is a total brain killer. Schedulers were mixing up the dates and times. I felt like the recruiter actually forgot to schedule the call with the hiring manager and then made up an excuse that the hiring manager's phone couldn’t dial my number.
