The process began with an initial HR phone screen, which felt professional and friendly. They asked me about my background, why I applied, and my interest in Amazon. Then I completed a case study in Excel, where I had to analyze data and pull out insights for a hypothetical HR scenario. After that, I did a video interview with behavioral questions, mainly focused on Amazon’s Leadership Principles.

They focus a lot on the Leadership principles and ask behavioral questions like “tell me about a time …”. All the prep info you need can be found on YouTube. I found some really helpful videos on how to structure examples there and the questions during the interviews were the same as in those videos.
