It was really good. They were very fair and I was just nervous. Other than that it was great. The hiring process is a bit slow, it could be done faster than how long it took.
HR screen, then a peer interview for culture fit, then a 5-round loop interview. The whole process took around 6 weeks. Strong focus on the STAR method with prepared examples tied to the required leadership principles.
4 interviews, plus one written test. Great support from their HR team. Interviewers were pretty stiff, no one smiled, I cannot imagine the atmosphere at work or working with them. The last interview was with the global program manager.
