Candidate-reported interview process

Crazy. They were very not interested in whatever I was telling them, least bothered in my questions. Barely interested in interviewing me. So I felt off and couldn't focus. It was still one of a kind experience.

Completed OA then got interview call from HR and interview scheduled and shared via email. It was postponed at the end without notifying after 2 days. In First round, basic resume based questions were asked along with 2 medium hard DSA questions. In Second round, questions were from leadership principles and you have to answer with STAR method along with one DSA question. In third round, 2 DSA questions were asked along with one leadership principle question.

I got a call from HR, and the interview process was 1 online assessment and then 2 DSA rounds and 1 HLD round. Overall the interview was average difficulty. I did well in all the rounds but got rejected based on Amazon leadership principles as I didn’t have all the scenarios they asked questions on.
