Candidate-reported interview process

Very easy, I did not have to think twice to answer, very basic English, very good HR, very supportive, tried to continue the conversation, the interview was interesting.

They don't really test skill, they expect you to have contacts inside the company. It's not fair for freshers who apply. Their selection process doesn't think about someone being skilled in non traditional ways.

The hiring process has two steps: first round is an online test checking verbal, logical, and problem-solving abilities, then the second round is an in-person interview for final evaluation.
