The process involved meeting with a manager and a VP, followed by a case study about a deal. This case study required summarizing information, creating slides, and presenting in English. A lot of questions focused on motivation, specifically why we are interested in this company over others.
The hiring process moved really quickly. I had some back-and-forth emails with both HR and my potential manager, followed by three interviews. Two of these were virtual, and one was in-person at the office. The entire thing wrapped up in about two to three weeks.
The first call with HR was supposed to be a quick 30 minute chat. I thought I'd just go over my experience and talk about myself. But, it turned out to be super structured and formal. They asked situational questions, which I usually expect in the second round with the department manager.
