Candidate-reported interview process

I was greeted in the lobby amidst customers in a rather casual way. It was quickly made clear to me that I didn't belong with the group.

The process involves greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out, problem solving, showing leadership, attending all trainings, teamwork, being responsible for keys, giving the best services, and using power point, excel, and word programs.

The interview included questions like 'What do you do to make guests feel comfortable while waiting?' or 'How do you handle two clients at the same time?' or even tougher scenarios, like 'You're on the phone with an important business client, and at the same time, another important client walks in. Who do you prioritize if you're alone?'.
