For the Accounts Receivable role, the process was faster than I expected. I was a bit overwhelmed, but it was good. I was assigned directly to the CFO for the first interview.
The hiring process moves quickly. It's not a super long process with many interviews. The interviews are pretty standard and not overly formal, usually lasting around an hour.
It was a mix of general and specific questions. Some questions were about my personal experiences with Accor's services. They also gave me a test based on my academic background. I wasn't fully prepared, but it ended up being positive.
