Candidate-reported interview process

The interview levels were tough but I got through easily. It started with a telephonic round, then face to face, then technical, then HR, and finally the General Manager round. After clearing all levels, we moved to the final negotiation stage.

I was first contacted by the manager to schedule an interview. A week later, I had the interview with an HR representative. Finally, I had to complete a case study including the summary of key messages and some content proposals.

The interview process wasn't overly difficult, but it did require attention to detail. The key is to remain calm, be yourself, and don't panic. Showing genuine interest in the role and the company is important.
