So, there was a first round, then a second round happened. They asked about my hobbies and what I've taken away from my three years of learning. It wasn't too tough. I think you should prepare the basics and they might ask situational questions.
So first I had to fill out this application, then I did an English test. After that, I had an interview with HR for a preliminary chat, and then I interviewed with the Duty Manager. The last step was an interview with the Head of the Department. A few days later, they offered me the job.
The interview was pretty good. The person interviewing me had a nice English accent and was very pleasant. They asked basic questions suitable for someone new to the field. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, whether you're a student or already working.
